Release Alert: “Toosi”, Navan’s most intimate song

A steamy collaboration with Nicole Glazunov, Navan writes about a passionate intimacy. A production process that took over two years, Navan calls it his “most intimate song” yet. Just like all of Navan’s works, this song was also the result of a global collaboration with Ali Lebaschi producing the song in Melbourne Australia, and the video being shot and directed by Kia Mozaffari.

A dream collaboration between Toronto and Los Angeles. Navan sings with Erfan, an Iranian pioneer of Persian Hip Hop, as his first featured collaboration.

A collaboration project with Erfan Paydar a pioneer of Iranian Hip-hop music. The work is the result of two years of working closely with a team of superb talents from all over the world. The production of the London based Dara Paydar, the catchy Lyrics of Erfan written in Los Angeles, Navan’s vocals recorded in Toronto, as well as the Iranian-Canadian director Kia Mozaffari. “Tehran” Navan’s Hometown Song.

“I always wanted to write a song for my hometown and describe a Tehran night.” Navan writes and sings for his hometown describing a romantic night of a party. Produced in Germany by MCTR. The song is a mixture of Trap with Pop melodies.

Written by Erfan Paydar, and with the production of Dara K, the song was written in Los Angeles, produced in London, UK, and performed by Navan in Toronto, Canada. Making it his first global collaboration.

“Sard” Navan’s First Lofi Record.

“I love writing about deep personal issues, I think everyone my age can relate to some emotional instability.” A record describing emotional roller coasters of the singer when in relationships. A relatable one for sure! For this record, Navan worked with Arshia GRM from Tehran who produced it. Musical creativity is noticed within every note, from the first seconds, to the end where you can hear steps in the snow. Not to mention the beautiful cover created by Ahad Nikoo.

At the time, the artist was experiencing a sense of loss and he describes losing his relationship. A highly emotional record, where Navan uses similes to nature to describe the pain he was experiencing. “ I was running out of patience, I was tired of looking for her, so I wrote about it”. “Adat” a Pop-Rock Vibe.

A record written behind the wheel. “ I was driving and this melody came into my mind, I had to pull over. I wrote the song in 10 minutes. I knew it right there that it was going to be a special one. To date, it is one of my favourite songs.”

Navan’s second release, dates back to July 2020. The goal behind this record was to create a western pop song. The lyrics are emotionally sad, but the beat makes the audience want to dance with it.

“Si”, When Farsi is Mixed with French Language.

Navan’s very first record dated March 6th, 2020. As his first record, Navan was aiming to get the attention of his listeners by mixing his mother language, Farsi, with his 2nd language French. In this record again, the artist writes about the moodiness that comes within the age of early 20’s.
